Most GCs subcontract the wiring and hope. We self-perform electrical under our own contractor license, TECL #28556 — the trade that runs through every wall you're opening is the one we know best.

Anyone can inquire — the conversation is open. "By invitation" describes how we commit: after we've talked scope, budget, and timeline, and both sides are confident the fit is right. We'd rather decline a project than deliver one below our standard.
Where your jurisdiction requires them, we file, manage, and close them — and every job is built to current code standard whether or not a permit applies. Texas doesn't license general contractors at the state level, which is exactly why our licensed-trade discipline and documentation matter: you're hiring the accountability, not just the crew.
Electrical is self-performed under our license. Other trades are a mix of our team and vetted partners we've worked with for years — always under our supervision, always on our accountability. The person on your property answers to us, and we answer to you.
A conversation first — scope, vision, budget range, timeline. If the fit is right, we move to a detailed written proposal, then a contract with defined scope and schedule. Change orders happen only when you change the scope.
